[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — RETIRE RICH POLICY-[protected]-Nirjhar Goswami-HANDLED POORLY!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a NRI based out of Dubai, UAE. I had shown interest and applied for the RETIRE RICH Retirement Policy with your company online. The tele cust svc lady handling is Ms Sushma Giram, who apparently new and not sure on most of the issues/queries etc. Therefater, her senior/boss Ms Priya Chaudhuri intervened and assisted to some extent, but issues are still prevailing and the policy is not commencing smoothly, despite me giving the first instalment of premium.Please provide an email so that I can send you all the relevant emails.
