Please be responsible as a company..I have paid 50, 000/- against Shield insurance in Feb 2013. I was allotted a wrong insurance product called cash gain policy no [protected]. I have the plan sent by your representative on mail. Today I received a letter saying policy has lapsed. Do look into the matter n do the needful.
