[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Defective Model and Average of the vehicle is also not satisfactory | |||
Dear Bajaj Team, I was having lot of faith and trust on Bajaj Automobiles from my childhood I was dreaming about the Bajaj Bikes but when my dream comes true I got to know that I was wrong now I am coming on my issue. The issue is that I Purchased New Discover 125ST on 9th october 2013 in blue color (Chasis no-MD2A37CZXDPC60303) (Engine No - JEZPDC28595) from Arora Motors at ballabgarh, Faridabad-121004 and Vehicle no- HR29 AF2905 registered with the name of Rahul Sharma first of all it is Defected Model Agency gave to me the defect is( Headlight Adjustment). Second issue is the average of the Bike. As per Bajaj the average of this bike is 65KMPL so at least this bike needs to give me the average of 50-55 KM but it is giving me the average of just 35-37KMPL. Last Week I gave this bike for service on the same service center and I raised the same complain whichever I raised on the last services also that is Average. but after that service the average of the bike goes down from 35-37 to 30KMPL as I measured which is most unssafied factor for me. The other Problems like whenever I am riding my bike at the average speed of 45-55 suddenly the gears are not working so it is very dangerous in between the road while you were riding it in the main lane. These are the problems whose solution I havent got yet from the Authorised service center also. Kindly look into this and interven because I dnot want to loose my trust and faith from Bajaj..
