Bajaj Auto — Major Negligence Of the Service Centre | |||
i have purchased my pulsar 150 byke on august 2013 with registration no. UP 64 R 7746, and have got my servicing done with the regular interval, from UDAY AUTOSALES PRIVATE LIMITED, it was commmon that the residual amount of engine oil was cosiderably low from the initial service and i have also brought it to the notice of the service guy once but he told me thats its was fine, today when i took my byke to service the residual amount of the engine oil was only 150 ml and they told me that there is some problem with my engine and it will cost me around 7000 rupees, as my byke is only 3 years old and i have took my byke to the service center at regular intervals and there is such a major problem with my byke, therefore it is possible that the service centre guys did not do their work and let my byke to just go even worst and when the warranty is over they just told me that it will take 7000, is it your company policy to charge the customers, and is it normal that a 3 year old byke can its engine briked, what about the quality of the product, you please tell me what i should do and what alternatives i have or i will find one thank you sriniwas kumar das reg no.
