[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Poor Service & EXPENCIVE MAINTENANCE | |||
Dear Concern, Please Fine attached complaint Letter, As per our telephonic on 6th Dec-2014 I have come to work-shop today at 2:50PM & meet to Service Adviser Nileshbhai this time nobody check my bike although direct give me quotation of Rs.1970/- paid for further parts replacement like Clutch Pashing, Oil, Gear Shafting for suit-out my problem. But before some days I had meet your service adviser 2 times & he said me no problem in your bike so why Nileshbhai gives me this Quotation today without check my bike????????? This same problem happened at 750km after purchase this bike at that time I had visit 2-3 time at the work shop and give my bike for solved this problem of Gear Box but none give proper response me than I had complaint in customer care after complaint I had given my bike to workshop for 2 days and solved my problem free of charge but now same problem happen at 20000km in this time service adviser gives me quotation of Rs.1970/-. This is manufacturing defect so why should I responsible for this payment????? I had very bed experience of Rajshree Bajaj Work-shop & their Adviser from first service to till yet, I had face much more difficulties at Rajshree Bajaj Dealer as given under, 1) First time I had given my bike at 750km for Oil change & free checkup at that time technician forgotten fitting bolt of Oil chamber so that much more oil wasted than I called to work shop and their adviser advise me come on tomorrow for proper fitting bolt of Oil chamber. 2) Not proper washing done in every free or paid service. 3) In every service when I gone to work-shop after confirmation call of bike is ready for delivery although I had wait for minimum 1 hour at work shop due to not done proper job work. 4) Gear box problem happened at 750km and I had given my bike to Rajshree Bajaj Work shop for 2-3 time but none solved my problem till I had complaint at customer care after complaint I had given my bike to workshop for 2 days so much waste of fuel & my valuable time.. 5) After free or paid service Every time I had go back to work shop for repeated work and for problem which noted by service adviser but not done work on this. 6) None work-shop staff of Rajshree Bajaj gives me proper response & not solved my problem in one time. I had faced many more problem like above mentioned but not possible to write all history in this mail so request to you check in your data base & online software. Now I am very disappointed from all this thing if dealer or Bajaj company not gives me proper response and solved my problem within 2 days than I will goes to take legal action against Bajaj Company & Rajshree Bajaj Dealer. I will goes to consumer court & also this all matter shared on social media like Whats app, Face Book & twitter etc… I am really very dissatisfied with Bike of Bajaj Brand, after sales service & very expensive maintenance so that I will never refer or suggest Bajaj Bike to my Relatives & friends.
