Bajaj Auto — Poor service | |||
As I would like to bring to your notice that when I gave my vehicle for a paid service, I was estimated the charge would be Rs. 3500/-. But after the service was done, the total charged amount was Rs. 3900/-. After service when I took the bike out and traveled 40 kms, I couldn't speed more than 70 Km/Hr and it was jerking and engine was turning off in between the ride. I thought the fuel was low, so even after filling it up the same problem was occurring again and again repeatedly which was pissing me off, as I was on a busy schedule and I noticed that THERE WAS NO ENGINE OIL AND THE ENGINE WOULD HEAT UP AND OBSERVED A FOUL BURNING SMELL with just 40 Km/hr. So as there was a mistake by the Service Mechanics, I want my total refund and the Bajaj Service is at fault. I want my full refund of Rs. 3900/- And if I do not get my refund I will take this to the higher authority and will take this matter to the Consumer court.
