Respected authorities, I am wiriting this forum to let you all know my worst experience in servicing my bike. For the years of waiting, with all the cash i had i bought "Pulsar200Ns" from "Pioneer Bajaj Kaniyapuram branch". From the day after booking itself my miserable experience started, they promised me that they will give me the bike within 2days[protected], on that day with all the prayers i went to take my ride, when i reached the showroom the guy who booked my ride was hiding, then another guy came and said "sir your bike is not ready, The colour you asked is not ready available, You need to wait for a week too." I was shocked, its like humiliating a Customer .After all this humilation also i waited for my ride, Because i wished and dreamnt for it every day. Then i received my bike, for the first 3 days everything was going fine and good, after that it was like everything upside down. Complaints all over Everywhere 1-( vibration from each and every side :( 2-( Missing all the time 3-( mileage was 20, even though i adjusted with hope 4-( paint all over is coming :( 5-( Wont start at all, need to self start it for 10tyms :( 6-( Gear slippin, most of the times. 7-( Engine noise, unbarable noise Many more :(, the worst time a bike owner had. Thought most of them will be solved after 1st service waited for that day. After doing it i thought shouldnt have done it . After servicing My problems were not solved and i got more problems also . The worst bike i had. The main problem occur was my bike dont run on Reserve, even if petrol is there. :( Terrific engine sound and noise. I kept on going to service center, they dont know anything, everytime when i gave my bike, they said keep and go . whenever i check it was not touched :( I adjusted with all that to do my 2nd service from a good service center but i was unable to do it from other, so i finnaly did it from another pioneer service center, nothing was solved and meter also started vibration like hell. I have no more choices, i need to go legally with all the papers i have. And file a case against you. And fight till i get justice :( Please kindly do something, please kindly replace me with a bew one, or do what is needed With All respect, Shahin
