This to bring to your notice that i have bought Bajaj Air Cooler 2000 Model on 7th April 2015 in Sathya Electronics Namakkal.A Branded Show Room. The Air Cooler Which i bought is working just like a fan and no cooling has been came and enquired next day regarding this to the showroom manager and he diverted to Bajaj customer care and said the showroom and the deler is not responsible for this. I called to Bajaj Service customer care on 9th april 2015. still now they were not response to the complaint.The complaint ID no is:6715637.kindly take necessary action.
