After sales service is even on below standards as compared to the local companies...
I'd complained from my contact number ([protected]) relating to bajaj majesty duetto gas geyser.. On 23 december 2017...
I'd purchased this product on 2nd december 2017... Just think that in 18-20 days the product starts showing malfunctions...br...

I purchased 2 bajaj caldia and 1 shakti 15 litre storage water heater. Only one cladia 15 litre storage water heater was delivered till date. Rest of the item still pending.

I complained online regarding bajaj electric storage water heater shakti plus 15 litres closedtype 2.0 kv sr no j100ss1e, the problem is water not getting heated and there is no water leakage, technician came and tested thermostat and count out said both are good, while he tried to pull out heating element from wall mounted heater it didn't came out, he manipulated it and right and left to pull but element didn't came, so he unmounted the...

I have purchased a bajaj water heater on 24 nov2017 from csd haldwani. Nainital uk. On 27 nov 17 a rep of coy came to install the same. After installing the water heater it was felt on ground just in 5 minutes and it was broken badly. I than approach the bajaj service centre haldwani and it was taken by him within 4-5 days. (Mr raj kumar parmar). Tag was issued by the coy abd the product was sent to dehradun for replacement by service centre....

On 31st december 2017, i have purchased a bajaj 2016 mtbx microwave oven from great eastern retails pvt. Ltd, tollygunge, kolkata, in the name mr. Avijit guha. But a week has been passed after the delivery and the servicemen are yet to visit us and install the abovementioned appliance. Hi, I purchased one bajaj Majesty Duetto (LPG) gas Water geyzer Heater, the product failed to work recently and I registered a compliant and Bajaj technician visited to my place but he is not able to resolve this problem.He told me will came tomarrow with know technician but he wouldn't came an also not received my call. Than again I have complained more than 5 times but still i didn't get service I was told my complaint would be attended...

A geyser bajaj majesty 15l out of warranty attended by service centre run by ashish sil [protected], rectified with 2500 on 22.7.17. It stopped working since oct end and i have requested mr ashish at lest 20 times, taking off from work 4 days with assurance. Today took off too, hard luck.
Today also called customercare, they only gave a service centre no, not avilable too.
Service can be called as very bad....

My mixer grinder is in complaint for last 2.5 months. Service engineer came 3 times and couldn't resolve. They have collected the charge and changed the carbon still not resolved. Your service engineer visited on 13th dec and reviewed the issue.

I have purchased a water heater on 01/11/2012 (Invoice attached) amounting rs 6, 500/- on 23/01/2017 i registered a complain vide number kol[protected]-1 because of water leakage from geazer. The service man came and said that the geazer is within warranty period and it will be replaced free of cost from the company. He took away the xerox of invoice 1, warranty card. On 30/01/2017 the service man came to our premises...

I am using bajaj storage water heater 15 litres, majesty model since may 2015. With in 2 years 4 times coil has been changed and now also it is not working. I am fed up with the poor service from bajaj electricals. Every time technician comes and change the coil, which is not lasting even 6 months.

Recently, coil has been changed on 14th oct 2017 and it stopped working from 3rd dec 2017.

Rs 350/- which i had paid in cash.
This is unacceptable as there is no accountability and i require the receipt for further claims.
