I have purchased this kooler from your company last year. As we trust your company this time your company has disappointed us. Its not even been a year and it's in warranty period and its not working properly. We have repaired it 3times in this one year. And that's not all it takes a period of a week or two for this product to get repaired. This is not what we expected from your company Since, you have a big and reputed dealer ship with good customer service, I request you to repair my malfunctioned gadget or to replace the product under warranty. I have all the bills and warranty card too. Kindly make this service as soon as possible, so that there is no need for me to approach a solicitor or consumer group.
