I have Food Art Food processor of 1000w and using it from last 3 to 4 months. Last month (April) there was problem in food processor chatani and dry grinder jar nor working. I had book complaint on 2nd April2015, after 4 to 5 days your service engineer visit and check the food processor. After visit he told me about capler problem and required to get from main branch.

After that i had continuous follow up to service engineer and service center office, but due to unavailability of capler it was not get serviced within given time.
This is main part of the kitchen for women.but due to problem at your end i am not able to use the food processor.
At the end of April Service Engineer visit and change capler of main unit and chatani char, but dry grinder still pending. After that when i used juicer jar with unit again problem arise .
Now problem is that i am again not able to used that food processor.If the food processor not able to repair, i request you to replaced this unit.
I am really unhappy with this food processor.
now after one and half month also i am not able to use it as part not available by company and not get service . I am requesting you to change the Food processor.

This mail had send by me on 11th May 2015 and your reply for mail that, service Engineer will visit within two days . But till date know one visit and attend complaint.
As of this my am not satisfied with your service and commitment given by you.
