[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Food Factory FX 10 | |||
I have purchased Bajaj Food Factory FX 10 Food Processor on 12th December 2014 from M/S. Pittallillil Agencies, Edapally, Koch. Vied their Cash Memo No: 07-SI-12906. I have been using this Food Processor but on 12th September 2015 the Processor Top Lid which use for Wheat Paste and all has broken and I have made compain to your customer care on 15/09/2015 with Call No :[protected] and they have assigned this to Cochin Reliable Services, Kochin. One ttechnician came and said we will provide the lid within 3/4 working days and given the telephone No: as[protected]. After that I have been regularly chasing with them but nothing has happened and I had sent my man with the lid and gurantee card but till date they have not provided the lid to me and I am unable to use this. Again I have made another complaint today with Call No :[protected]. If I do not receive the lid within 4/5 working days then I may have to approach the consumer forum for the total negligence of Banaja Electricas Company and I am also working for an Advertising Company as Senior Manager.
