[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Majestic Induction cooker | |||
I bought an induction cooker on November 2015. Last week on 27th September 2016 it stopped working. We registered a complaint on the same day but Custer care people were not at all helpful to get the complaint closed. Today it is 4th September but my complaint is still pending. I almost called the bajaj customer care more than 10 times and every time they promised me that their senior management will call me back and my problem will be sort out. But very sad to say that I didn't get any call and no one has turned up to get the complaint done. Once they have provided me the technician number of Mr Raj Singh who covers the wadgaon Sheri area of Pune area. I called him more than 20 times and daily he assured me that he will get it done but I was shocked that now he stopped taking my calls. Now I will suggest everyone not to go for Bajaj products. And I am going to register a complaint in comser couts. Really worst product experience ever I had. Was this information helpful? | |||
