Recently bought a steam iron box from croma and the same is not working from day 1 ( water leakage during steaming and less steam...)... wen returned back they refused to replace it and put accross that they would mend it and give it in three to four days but after one month still the product is with croma and they say its normal use it the same way... horrible experience with croma and bajaj... would never return back to them... anyone reading this please never buy from them... very weak service and dont know how to handle the complaints...
