Hi, Item code : 440158 Bajaj Steam Iron Majesty MX3 Serial No. - N[protected] invoice# DEL[protected] I have bought Majesty MX3 and its not working properly from very initial days. This iron box is under 2 years of warranty. We did multiple complaints and everytime the company respresentatives change one or other part but the problem still remains. It has been replaced all the parts in the iron box but still the problem is unresolved. Company is not ready to replace the product despite being multiple complaints and the issue still persists. It is been almost one year we are complaining abOut this but no proper resolution has been provided. We request you to please look into the matter and help us to get this sorted out. I am listing few of the multiple complaint ids that we registered with Bajaj Electricals. DEL[protected]-1 DEL[protected]-1 deL[protected]-1 As per the warranty policy, if the product can not be fixed with services, it should be replaced by the company.I would request you to please help us escalating the matter and to get this problem resolved.
