I have ordered for Bajaj Majesty One Juicer Mixer Grinder on Jan 19th 2016 through http://shop.bajajelectricals.com, But they delivered a Wrong Product - Bajaj Majesty Juicer One (Extractor). At the same time of delivery I called and Informed their customer care (web Dept) team that I received a wrong product and they asked me to send an email to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com. I have sent so many emails and For the past one week I am trying to reach their customer care team over phone, But no response till date. I have been contacted the customer care from the date of delivery. Till date they Just simply transferred the call to Web Department and not provided any complaint number on this matter. I told the web team that I am returning this Item and asked them to refund my amount. Even though I am not getting any response.
I am totally fed-up with Bajaj Electricals. I had experience a worst ever response & support and team to deal with that. I Just wants to know how to take up this further level.
