Bajaj Electricals — Complaint Closed with any Solution

I have purchased AQUA UVX Water Purifier(WPX7) from Kohinoor on 21/11/2014.The aquaguard is not working and I have raised a complaint with Bajaj Customer Care. The customer care agent have raised a complaint and given me the complaint number as 6448463. After two days I got the message that the complaint of 6448463 is resolved and nobody came to repair the Water Purifier. Today again I called Bajaj Customer Care and teamare saying that they have again raised a new complaint against the request and given me new complainnumber 6462349. I really dont understan d when nobody came to repair the Water Purifier the complaint is getting automatically closed. Please request your help on this and help me to resolve this issue on top priority
