I complain two times in customer care.. The authorized person came and saw the product and try to repair that product but he cant able... I purchase that product in 2014 and i having 5 year guarantee card of that product... Now they are replying me that they cant do help any more. From last 3 to 4 months i am facing this problem and they are not giving me proper resolution.. Today i talk to mr. Niraj ji. Hey are manager at jaipur office... I record our conversation. Now they are telling that they repair the product on the chargeable basis... I purchase that product on 14/dec /2014 Product is in still guarantee Was this information helpful? | |||||
