Bajaj Electricals — Damage/Malfunctioned Product. No service provided. | |||
I am Dr.PremChand. I bought a bajaj oil filled radiator model no. PX 155 RH9 from snapdeal. It was delivered on 1st December 2014. I used it for two weeks but then it malfunction. It started leaking oil. I turned it off and called the customer care no. but no one was picking up the call. I even tried to call the service center and customer care many times a day but it was of no use, no one was answering my calls. I even filed a complaint on their website and my complaint no. is 5139930. The radiator has two year warranty. I want my radiator replaced/repaired as soon as possible.
