Bajaj Electricals — defective product and nowhere to go | |||
I had ordered a mixer grinder from shop.bajaj electricals.com. The order number is BELB0113698. The product was delivered 2 days later and it was defective. It just didn't come on. Then the entire traumatic experience started. The customer service referred me to the service centre and the service centre referred me back to the call centre saying that they do not cater to online purchases. And this after ordering it from Bajaj's own shopping site. The site mentions easy returns but it has been everything but easy. It seems that no one wants to help after taking my money and dumping me with a useless product. Please let me know how to get this sorted out and get an exchange or a refund.
