[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Electric rice cooker rcx5 | |||
I bought an electric rice cooker from big bazaar koramangala bangalore on 02 august 2016 and it stopped functioning on 06 august 2016. I have reported a complaint via bajaj customer care on 06 august 2016 and i got my complaint id as 10248610 but still no response. Literally bajaj has degraded its brand status, after using the appliance for just 3 days if this happens then i m totally clueless of the quality and material of this product and in turn will never buy a bajaj appliance in future ever. I am more surprised that even after 3 days there is no response from bajaj side. Are they really bothered about their customer satisfaction or do they have planned that their customer should never come back for any future purchase after one time? I wonder... I have send the bills to cbn khabardaar and they ll contact bajaj soon for my queries... A very disappointed bajaj customer Was this information helpful? | |||
