[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Fan purchased on 5th july with warranty for 2 years | |||
I had purchased ARK 1200 C.F Ceiling Fan from Rakesh Fans and lights, Shop no. 60, Shreeji Bhuvan Building, Lohar Chawl Mumbai 400022 on 05/07/15 with warranty for 2 years for Rs. 1800/- The said fan was installed in the month of November 2015. However just a couple of days after the installation there were sparking coming out and there were screeching noises whenever the fan was started. This was reported to your service centre and Complaint Number[protected] was sent on my cell no. and job was assigned to one Jay Ambe Electronics, Borivali on 14th November 2015. Technician was sent on 16/11/15 and he attendant after checking the fan told that there is a manufacturing defect in the fan and that the same part will need to be replaced and fan will be re installed on next day. The said Technician took the fan to his workplace on 16/11/15. However till this date, no reply has been given to me about the status of the fan and in spite of the same being in warranty it has taken more than a week just to get a part and get the fan repaired. Whenever I have called your office, I have been given a reply that they will arrange for the part ‘soon’ and that we are being made to suffer for no fault of ours. It is requested that urgent heed be paid to this matter and that such pathetic services from your outsourced agencies should be checked to avoid customers from facing unnecessary hassles.
