I recently purchased bajaj food processor fx-11. The product was faulty and smoke and fumes started coming after 1 week. I have raised an complaint to replace the product the technician came, but no response after that, its been 25 days now. Every time i call customer care they say we have registered a new complaint. Complaint no 10392350.
