The above product purchased on 11th January, 2014 from Future Retail ltd., CDC Noida, Sect. 38A Home town, The great india place mall, Noida. i have given the complaint on 15th jan. 2014 as it is not
working. no body turned for either repair or replacement. i have contacted on mobile no. [protected] and 22715904
bu no action. now 4 days over.

i have purchased this heater only for protecting my wife as she is under treatment in Kailash hospital for last 2 years.

pl. give reply immediately about this delay and replace the same with compensation as the patient suffering a lot.
