Bajaj Electricals Ltd. — Poor Servicing and no receipt for the service charges made

We have a Majesty IQ water geyser which was bought in 2007. We had some issue of tripping off( as said the service guy) on 24th july 2015 due to which the geyser was not functioning correctly. On calling the customer care number 7380165, the service guy came to repair it. He charged us Rs. 300 and did not give any receipt.
The same problem reappeared again on 17th august 2015 and again we called the customer care. The service guy came to repair and reported about the same problem which had occurred previously and charged us again Rs. 250 and again without any receipt. We don't understand that it is not even a month and the issue keeps coming and we need to pay them everytime. And why are these people not giving us any receipts? On asking for receipts to the customer care they say they will only give it if we need them, Is it the way? And don't we get atleast 1 month warranty from one repair to next repair ( though its the same problem reappearing again and again)?
