Since my Room Heater stopped functioning, I registered a service request on 13th January ( BAN[protected]-1). Since did not receive any call in next three days I started following up with the call centre from 18th Jan. Everyday I am told that they will come and address it that day only. After three days of continuous follow up they gave me two number to directly contact with Servicing Vendor. But in spite of repeated call over next two days (at least 20 times) none of the phone is answered. Just now before typing this mail, I again called the call centre to find out a way to escalate it. I was given the same assurance that it will be addressed today and then they cut the call abruptly..
There is absolutely no escalation mechanism provided online to take it any forward. Was this information helpful? |
