I have placed a order from Bajaj electrical site online on[protected] but when after 12 days when product not reached i have called to bajaj customer care & ask about delivery status of product or money refund but could not get any satisfaction answer.

Neither i am getting product nor intimation about money refund.

I have bought new bajaj induction cooker but it was not working since last 3 months we are fed up by calling customer care department. Now give us refund which we have paid to you & we ont want your cheapest service.
