[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Pathetic state of after sales service | |||
Dear Customer Care Officials, Sorry to say, your after sales service is the worst in this domain. I bought a 1.5 kw immersion heater from snapdeal.com. Within 7days of its purchase it stopped working.Naturally i booked a complain whose number was[protected]. I was told I will be given IN HOUSE servicing by your CC executives. Today, in the evening I got message in my mobile showing "customer, confirming that your bajaj call no[protected] has been resolved" where the reality is no body from your service centre came, nor they gave me any call inspite of having both landline and mobile number with the complain I had lodged. When I called thcustomer care again, I was informed thet the agency u had alotted failed to trace my address. Dear Sir/madam, I stay in the prime locality of the kolkata city. My house is on the main road. What can yoy say after this sort of experinec? Dont you think If I move to consumer court after having such a beutiful experience with you people is ver unlikely?Would like to hear from you.. Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||
