[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Pethatic after sale service - no response | |||
Hi I purchased a water gyser Shakti 25 ltr of Bajaj in October 2013. Since June 2014 we are facing a problem to water leakage for which we called customer care in July 2014. Since than we have called so many times to customer care and technicians visits takes the copies of invoice and warranty card and never came back. The technicians have opened the gyser which is lying in totally bad shape and unassembed in the bathroom since last one month. Whenever we called the customer care they gave us assurance that the same will be addressed at the earliest with a new compliant no. I have written so many mails to customer care but have not received a response as yet. I don't know what to do know as its already 4 months since I am following up for the same and we are approaching a winter season. I have not seen such a pethatic customer care which do not respond. I have already faced a same warranty expiring issue with Bajaj with my last gyser and I think this is a strategy wherein they delay the response so that warranty get expired. I have shared with them the invoice copy and warranty card which is valid. Now I have got a response that the product is duplicate and you have to contact the dealer.
As a customer I can only take a invoice and warranty card. I dont understand if I have a warranty card how can a product be duplicate?
Without any explanation and reasons they have siply rejected it by writing a mail that product is duplicate. Why should I contact the dearler, Company should take an action against a dealer who is selling duplicate products (if any) in the market.
Please let me know where I am wrong as a customer and why should I suffer for a wrong thing (may be ) of company's dealer/retailer.
