Sir, I had purchased five ceiling fans, all 48 inches from CSD canteen, about a year ago. One of the fans seems defective, maybe poor quality bearing added, makes lot of noise while running. I tried to contact the company representative (complaint centre) but proved futile. May I request the authorities concerned through this medium to see the defective bearing and replace the same with new one. Thanks B.K. Khurana
