Bajaj Electricals — Received damaged product not getting any response from customer service desk | |||||
My order number is BEL001B0121757 and I placed order Bajaj Majesty New SWX 4 Sandwich Grill Toaster on 17th August 2016 through the Bajaj portal and I made online payment through debit card of Rs 999:00 and received damaged product on 24th august 2016. Although the product has been picked up after complaining at customer service desk and since date I am calling Bajaj customer service desk on this number[protected] for replacement or refund but I still haven't got the replacement nor refund and Mr Surendra Singh & his team is telling me to drop mail in this regard but didn’t received any mail or call from their side till now. They are only saying “chama chate hain chama chate hain” I called Bajaj customer care 30 times for the status but they didn’t give me any status regarding my product. Once time Mr.Surendra Singh is telling me that he is spoken to financial department to settle the issue by initiating refund in stipulated time and after one week when I called to Mr Surendra Singh to knowing about the status he is telling me that your product is still not showing in our warehouse…Wow what is the status….? When I ask to Mr Surendra Singh to talk with his senior then he is telling me that he is the senior in this customer service desk. Wow Senior has no status about my product. I tell him if you don’t have any status then I am moving to consumer court or police station against your company then he is saying you can go and should register the complaint against our company. The advertisement says that this company inspires trust. Well, clearly that's not the case. Who is responsible for this kind of service. It is sad that such an old company has such poor service. I am very much disappointed with bajaj electrical service since being a brand name, I opt for direct purchasing thorough bajaj website instead of going thorough other shopping website. I don’t know why they people think that customers are idiots that they don’t know where they have booked their order. I think due to such response I need to think about moving to consumer court against company for humiliating me and cheating my money. I have already made the complaint over email and phone call. I have been asked to wait till Thursday this week to get the product replaced or refund . If that doesn't happen, I will move to court.
