Bajaj Electricals — Water geyser complaint resolution pending from 1 month | |||
I purchased a bajaj water heater 15ltr on 03.12.2013 On 01.12.2015 i reported a complaint of leakage from geyser. 1st of all the service person from AVON SERVICES GURGAON arrived on 05.12.2015 against the declared service response time of 2 days. Next it was informed to me that there was issue was not repairable and geyser has to be replaced for which i did send the copy of the bill on mail. But again there was no response so i registered a complain again on 08.12.2015. But again there was no response from service center even after repeated number of reminders to AVON SERVICES. Again i lodged a complain on 15.12.2015 and till date there has been no response, i am getting no help from customer care, I had a word with Mr. ASHISH MORE from bajaj electricals (floor supervisor) as he was unable to answer my queries and neither was able to resolve the issue so he disconnected on phone on my face.
