The worst service provider. I ordered a Bajaj water heater almost 10 days back and made the payment online. To day a delivery boy came to deliver the water heater and surprisingly he asked for the payment of that heater. And he went back without delivering the product when we said that we have already paid the money. Then we called the customer care and they said that your payment is not reflecting on our site due to some some technical issue. After that i have been following with either customer care or the courier office regarding the same. And what's the result, nothing. So now i am not going to receive the product and will file a complaint in consumer forum right away. I will take this forward legally and will take the strongest action possible to teach a lesson to all these kind of people.
