[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Water leak from brand new water heater | |||||
I have purchased Bajaj New Shakti 15L Water heater which has got various complaints on 1st day itself. I have given a call on customer care on 12th November and technician has attended the same. Complaint reference no. is AHM[protected]-1 I have given a complaint of Power light not glowing for which technician opened the geyser and found water leakage inside it. He committed me that my water heater will be replaced with a new one in next one or two days. No one has attended till 15th November and new technician came yesterday without providing a replacement. He told that issue is fixed but I can see water leak is still there. I can see the geyser cover is not even fixed properly. I have enclosed all the relevant pics and request Bajaj Electrical team to replace this geyser with new one. I am really dissatisfied as I feel it’s a ‘WASTE OF MONEY’ by purchasing this appliance. I am a Bajaj customer from past 2-3 years but not satisfied this time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
