[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Water leakage due to inner tank having hole | |||
Bajai platini water heater 15 L was purchased on[protected] and the warranty expires on[protected]. last week we booked complaint for leakage Complaint no:[protected] and checked bajaj service team and informed us that there is hole in the inner tank. As the product is within warranty, bajaj to replace and explain to us action . simply all service personnal asking about serial no, batch no. Nobody will see how to help customer. Very poor handling. somebody from your side help to resolve the issue on high priority. Otherwise next time we will prefer other brands. bajaj will loose business Was this information helpful? | |||
