[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Worst funny service | |||
I ordered a product at 'bajaj electricals' online portal on Feb-02, 2016 and prepaid the amount. The funny part is they are not able to give information about my order. I haven't received product till today i.e. May-30, 2016. I phoned many times to their customer care no. they just responding that 'sir, online team is not available at this time, I will forward your request within 2 hours'. They even not refunded my amount. I am attaching photo proof of order status and I request to refund amount and make sure to provide at least basic customer service towards customers.
