I purchased one airconditioner and one refrigerator on 19th April 2016.
Delivery was promised with in 48 hours but not delivered till the time of writing this complaint on 25 April 2016. (7days or 168 hours..still no delivery).More than 20 phone calls have not made any difference. They are not even answering the phone now. I am suffering due lack of of A/C and fridge in these days of intense heat.
