The chairperson Bajaj Finance Bhopal Sub – complaint to solve the matter of my name being dragged in wrong account Dear Sir I have taken a consumer loan from your institute id 4300CD0004396 which was liquidated in Feb. 11. There is a loan, id no 43PL00000705 taker by Mr. Nair who was found to be defaulter, but unnecessarily my name is being dragged and I had received some more than 10 call for same matter which I cleared with Mr. Rajpoot of your institute and legal adviser Mr. S K Goyal from Delhi 2 yrs back. Today again Mr. Goyal called me up for the same and threatened me that if you don’t pay it today, I shall spoil your CR and make a big case against you. I am very much hurt by his abusing language.
