[Resolved] Bajaj Finance — EMI card and customer service | |||
Dear Bajaj Finance, I never requested a EMI card and though it is showing active on my number. I called your customer service number and no option to get connect to a representative on a tool free number displayed on your website. After a long search on google i got a chargeable number to talk to a representative who were very very rude. They bluntly told me to call in th morning, any how I managed to tell him my above problem then he without saying anything connected me to another advisor and she was also very rude. I never ever received such a worst customer service ever. It was so worst that I can't describe in words. Worst worst worst. I will quickly close my loan swear to god and never ever be your customer again in life. Thanks and bye Was this information helpful? | |||
