[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance — EMI card not received

I have purchased a Samsung galaxy S5 phone through bajaj finance in oct 2014, my first instalment was deducted on 02/12/2015. Till date(05/05/2015) I have not received my EMI card. I called customer care several times but couldnt make contact
