Bajaj Finance — Getting calls for pending due but the loan is foreclosed in 2009 | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I'm getting calls from Bajaj finace legal dept in the last 2 yrs very frequently in a threatening tone that I've defaulted by due amount now which sums upto Rs.11000+. Actually, I've foreclosed my loan by taking a DD in 2009 in the name of the head office, Pune and the only thing which I missed is to get a NOC from the branch. I was getting calls after years that I've defaulted the due amount which I tried explaining the executives calling me several times. They cut the call with a promise telling that they'll check from their end and nothing happened apart from I getting a legal notice from a collection agent in Coimbatore last year. I've tried explaining again that I've not defaulted the payment as I've foreclosed the loan. I would just want to know what I've defaulted with proof(my transaction statement till I foreclosed the loan). And also I would like to know if I've defaulted my loan, How could I have got my RC book and could have sold my vehicle in 2009. I would need assistance and guidance to close this issue in my favour as I've not done anything wrong from my end in terms of payment default. On the other hand, bajaj finance records showing different status time and again where I was troubled and my Cibil scores have gone down because of this single issue.
