I am Suvarna Raosaheb Kale wife of Late.Raosaheb Bhau Kale.My husband purchase BOXER-CT in 2004 for that he had taken lone from bajaj finance.All the Installments are cleared.My husband died in accident on 30/6/2012 so I have to transfer that bike papers to my name so I need NOC for that.My economical condition is worst so I cant pay fine.Sir please help me to get NOC.
