Bajaj Finance Limited — Unable to pay online part payment and customer care supports are not answer properly

I want to make a part payment for my personal loan. I am unable to do it through their website as that function is disabled. Also i am not getting any customer support from their customer care number. I am calling there customer care support number from last week but no one has answered till now. I am interested in doing a part payment for my loan. Kindly help to get it resolved as soon as possible.

I am also trying to do the same but unable to make any part prepayment. Mailed them and they replied saying that I have to go to nearest bajaj finserv office and pay by cheque and moreover they are suddenly charging 2.6% charges on outstanding principal which is attrocious. We took the loan because they promised no prepayment charges.This has to be forwarded to consumer protection council.
