Bajaj Finance — Not giving desire benefit to customer

My self Sharath Babu G from Davangere city . I have planned to buy Sofa Set from Ambika Furniture Davangere and opt to go Bajaj Finance and I have discussed with your company representative he has shared two offer i.e., 12/4 and 18/4 schemes and he only suggested 18/4 scheme based on my salary and he has taken all documents and I have finalised sofa set at the end of giving down payment shop person telling they will not agree to give on 18/4 scheme and your company representative asked me to bear extra 3 % to get 18/4 scheme benefits . It is too ridicules . Please help me to get my desired sofa set . Keep up your company values and standards . Thank You in advance to get resolved my issue..
