Bajaj Finance — Unethical behaviour, harsh words spoken by staff | |||
Hi I had purchased a bike through Bajaj finance and I am paying monthly EMI as per the rules and regulations.As I was out of town for few days for my personal work so I was not able to pay the EMI amount within the due date. A person from Bijapur branch had called me to inform that the amount is overdue he is using very harsh words and two more people had visited my house to inform the same information even those guys are using a very local and rubbish language . They are treating customers as beggars .The guy who called me on my phone is telling that “HEY BEKARI PAY THE EMI AMOUNT “ is this the way to treat your company customers .Please take action on those guys or else I will directly launch a complaint on your company in the consumer court .
