Bajaj Finserv — agents not cooperating | |||
Dear Sir/ Mam, I am an existing customer of Bajaj Finance. Last month i got a call from bajaj finance and i applied for a personal loan, my loan application no 9016301. Its more than one month over i did not get any response, when ever i call my local agent he says he will come for documentation, he is saying that from past 2 week but he never comes and dont give me the clear picture on the status of loan whether it is approved/ hold/ declined. His attitude is like that i am begger and begging loan from him. His name is Manoj Kumar, designation Manager Sales SME Cross Sell, Mysore. I am working in a multinational company, i have availed loan from different different bank, but this kind of treatment i never got from any bank. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is not expected from bajaj employee, I feel i made mistake choosing bajaj finance as loan provider.
