I had a collection agency in bajaj but i had stop working with them from last 7 months but they are not refunding my security amount of 25000rs as per company policy company had to refund our amount with after 3month of leaving ....

Really disturbed and disappointed by witnessing a case of total abuse and greed. This is done to poor citizens of remote villages in india.

I sended the money with bajaj upi to other bajaj upi via its barcode it showed sucess but noting came in bank i tried 2 more times and it still showed success but nothing in bank...

Asked 48000 for loan settlement from my mother which she already paid at the office, now asking for 90000 for settlement by changing the settlement letter...

From last couple of months I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges.

I have taken bajaj finance salaried flexi loan but during loan time bajaj executive never told me about credit vidhya fees and flexi fee and group care 360 but after disbursement of loan they have deducted Rs.4999/- of credit vidya fees from my loan.

So please cancel this credit vidhya fees, flexi fee, group 360 and refund my amount of Rs.4999+3999+4999

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted from my savings account of HDFC bank on 16th November 2022, without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Dear sir only my current EMI is unpaid for november 2022 due to salary delay but collection agent mr. anish tiowari making call for collectioin of emi any time all day.. i already told him that i will pay my current EMI when i recieve salary or definately i ll pay my EMi first week of Jan 2023 ... but he came to my home without prior notice and he dont have any notice alog with him... he threten me any how you have to pay your current EMI......

I opted for EMI payments via Bajaj Finance to Kaya Skin Care. These EMIs got over after 6 months, but RS 117 got deducted after 12 months of the start of EMI.

I do not understand on what basis is this amt deducted when I was not sent any card or card related documents at all ? Kindly revert the money and de-activate whatever is activating on my personal account....
