Am the customer of bajaj paid 4 emi still 2 only pending am gonna foreclose ..one of the cs executive callin and talking very harrrassing I can take a bad decision bcz of her talking her name is anu ..i want apologise from her ..she talked too much even with my husband..we both are totally vexed ..do necessary actions...

I opted for bajaj finserv professional loan (od), during which the sales representative told me that it is compulsory to purchase insurance policies to get the loan.
I feel cheated by him because that's not the case and i don't want to purchase insurance and he compelled me to buy it.
I got a message that i can opt out of insurance by texting some code to [protected].
Refund my insurance premium ASAP, my application...

I have taken bajaj finance salaried flexi termloan but during loan time bajaj executive never told me about credit vidhya fees but after disbursement of loan they have deducted Rs.4999/- of credit vidya fees from my loan.

So please cancel this credit vidhya fees & refund my amount of Rs.4999/-.

Please resolve my request at the earliest and refund the amount I don’t need it.

You are doing fraud, i want to close my bjaj emi network card, but there is no proper information provide by company to close card and i have also tried many time to contact to you customer care butnothing happen.
I have not use your card and niehter any due on card but it showing that you gping ro deduct rs 117 from my account to renew card but i dont want to renew i want to close, please close my card immediately.

I have informed n numebr of times to remove my number from Bajaj data base and stop promo call.
Confirmation by Bajaj on [protected]@rediffmail.com that promo call stopped inspite of that getting promo call. Lot of haraasaament.

10 reminer given to wecare to remove my numebr from data base but not removed.

My 885 rupees deducted three times through my account punjab national bank by bajaj finserv company . Bajaj says NACH RTN charges are done by the bank but the bank said they charged it and return it to bajaj finance . This is my hard earned money .How can they hit it three times . It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls and messgaes at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action...

I purchased laptop on 2021 during Diwali 10k offer. As I was mentioned I have 8000 cashback offer after successful clearance of 3 emis . I cleared all emis .The redemption period is up to 31september 2022. When I contacted customer support they were telling that it was expired on 31st July 2022. I have never applied for any loan or any EMI card from BAJAJ FINSERV. Some 5 years back they had sent me one card without my consent. The card number is [protected]. Suddenly Rs 117 has been deducted yesterday from my SBI account with my consent as card annual fees. I have never used that card. I dont even know who issued that card in my name. This is totally a fraud transaction by Bajaj Finserv.

I had applied for loan of rupees 20000 in Bajaj finserv and then they asked to pay 1500 as a loan processing fees I paid them and before sanction of loan amount in my account they asked more fees as a gst tax and said them to cancel my loan because of so many taxes.and said them to refund my 1500 of loan processing fees which is refundable but they are denying to refund...
