Where can I claim my CI rider? Please provide the address....

They have transferred 12.80 lakh into my account as loan while your executive gave wrong information that amount will be in Experia porta and in future i can withdraw the amount if I will have requirement then only EMI will start .

I already transferred 12.90 lakh into their experia portal and want to close the account but Now they are saying the account can not be closed and there is a force close charge and annual charges...

They have transferred 12.80 lakh into my account while their executive gave wrong information that amount will be in Experia porta and in future if i will withdraw the amount then only has to pay the EMI .they even did not told about annual charges and force close charges are there. they did fraud to me .


when i received the 12.80 lakh amount in my account nobody gave me the Experia portal link and process to transfer...

The EMI for the month of December has been deducted twice from my account. The following are the active loans I have with you:

1. 4100CDHE866568 - Rs. 10, 260/-
2. 4100VSHE868725 - Rs. 1, 725/-

Firstly, I made an advance payment for the above amount on December 1st, 2021 i.e Rs. 11, 985/- and the same amount was deducted again on December 2nd, 2021.

At first when I have made a first purchase on EMI there will be a charges for first transaction and for further no charges will be there like wise I have got a confirmation. Now on every purchase of first EMI they are collecting charges. For me they have collected 332.00 ₹

I have purchase a Samsung mobile on EMI in Bajaj finserv, But When I see the detail digital cpp telebinding every month EMI 286/- for 21 months activities.
Which is activited without my permission..
I am not acceptable to pay this cpp charges...

Please deactivate the ECOM CPP TELEBINDING before my installment date. Please resolve the complaint before 01/01/2021 . Because the above mentioned date is emi repayment date. Bajaj finance agent with phone number [protected] has been calling in the last week of Nov and asking us to make emi payment for Dec. Where as all our emis are ecs. This looks like a fraud.
