i took a loan load id 4010CD00393476 and paid all the emi.. suddenly after 6 months i got a cal that someone filed a complaint against u.. call advocate at dis number ur case id is dis.. i called him nd spoke found dat bajaj finserv filed a complaint .. i was stunned because i never gave any cheque to bajaj ever.. an executive used to come at my address to take payment nd i always paid in cash and i have all the receipts. . how can this company file any complaints againt anyone withoutreason.. take this case back and rectify ur mistake.. shilpi Mob : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I want you to take your baseless complaint back and I m not gonna pay a single penny to your company.. I m very disappointed as I was planning to buy a laptop and a refrigerator this diwali through your card but now i m changing my mind cuz this company file baseless court cases.. how could you do this.

With reference to your post and our discussion we regret the inconvenience caused to you. While we check our records we see that your EMI's for loan number ending with XXXX3476 were getting returned unpaid, with the reason mentioned by your bank as "Account Closed" and hence penal charges were being levied. We also confirm and acknowledge that we have received all the EMI's for your loan. Further, as a good will gesture we have waived all penal charges on your loan and we wish to confirm that your loan stands closed in our records. We have shared the closure letter (NOC) for your loan at your registered email id. For any further clarification, please write to us on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in
